Abstract

Dawn Michels - Making the DMBOK Your Own

This case study explains how we took the well-known Data Management Body of Knowledge Wheel and turned it into the framework for our Enterprise Information Management team. After one year of using it we stepped back and did a maturity assessment and made adjustments to the details of the DMBOK wheel, "making it our own".
