A successful MDM program ensures that the key attributes within operational processes, analytics, and customer information are available, accurate, and secure. If successful, MDM will be considered the “center of the universe” in your organization’s data ecosystem. Despite its importance, many organizations struggle to either launch or grow and sustain their MDM programs. Biography
Frank Cerwin is the President and Principal of Data Mastery Inc., a firm focused on Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, design, and education. Frank has successfully designed, launched, and grown MDM programs from the ground-up at McDonald’s and JPMorgan Chase. His unique model to implement and run a sustainable MDM program is based on over 35 years of architecture and leadership experience with MDM, multi-channel applications, customer analytics, IT security, data management, and eCommerce. Frank has attained ITIL certification and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
