Noelle Rude explores the challenges of implementing governance programs and techniques for building relationships and persevering to move a program forward.
In this session, Noelle shares strategies for:
Noelle Rude, CDMP, CSPO Enterprise Information Governance Leader
From the early days of her career, Noelle has understood the importance of data and what it can do to drive value for any organization. She is currently leading the Enterprise Information Governance program at Thrivent Financial, focusing on establishing an ecosystem for data management and a foundation for simple, practical, agile data governance.
Prior to Thrivent, Noelle worked in the mortgage industry at GMAC-RFC, working in their Broker Dealer, Structured Finance, Model Governance, and IT divisions. She also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank and Optum fulfilling roles including consultant, business analyst, and project manager. It is through all of these roles that she learned that data is the common thread across all business functions, which truly drove her passion for data.
Noelle also uses her passion for leadership to serve on the boards for DAMA MN, Thrivent’s Women’s Leadership Network, and serving as a Governing Body Member for Minneapolis CDO Inner Circle.
